Popping Boba
Fruity popping bobas are amazing little spheres which pop in your mouth to release their fruity flavour inside. They come in a variety of flavours and colours, so they not only make your drink taste amazing but also look fantastic too. When making your bubble tea it is best to have a different flavour drink to a different flavour popping boba, so when you drink your drink and then pop the bobas you get a contrasting flavour exploding in your mouth.
They also can be used as an exciting addition to desserts, imagine these on top of your bowl of ice cream!
Made using the culinary process of spherification with a seaweed extract so they do not contain any animal gelatine and are suitable for both vegetarian and vegan diets. May not be suitable for under 5 year olds if they do not chew before swallowing.
